Insulated Concrete Forms for Walls
Our system utilizes panels composed of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and ties made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), forming a sturdy framework for concrete, both vertically and horizontally reinforced.
When the cavity is filled with concrete, it results in robust, fire-resistant walls with Fire Resistance Ratings (FRR) ranging from 2 to 4 hours. These walls are easy to maintain and boast exceptional durability and resilience. The Quad-Lock forming system remains in place, allowing for the accommodation of small utility runs, serving as a solid backing for finishing materials, and incorporating superior continuous insulation layers. Versatile Assembly

High, continuous insulation combined with low air infiltration and the thermal mass of concrete provide at least 58% better R-Value than most wood-frame walls.

Many wall and insulation options
- EPS Panels come in 3 thicknesses, 4¼” [108mm], 3⅛” [79mm], and 2¼” [57mm], giving you the choice of true R-Values of 22, 28, 38, 43, 53, and 59 [metric U-values of 0.28, 0.21, 0.15 and lower].
- HDPE Ties are available in six standard lengths: Brown 18″ [450mm] total nominal wall width, Red 16″ [400mm], Green 14″ [350mm], Yellow 12″ [300mm], Blue 10″ [250mm], and Black 8″ [200mm] and they can be combined with the Orange Extender Tie to add another 12″ [305mm] wall width.
- Corner, Angle, Straight, and Endcap Brackets eliminate bracing at corners and allow building insulated end caps, T-walls, and more without extra bracing.
